We deliver worldwide. Delivery time varies from 48 hours to 1 week depending on the areas in the world.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery by tracked letter: €3.50
Delivery to Relay Point: €5.50 (automatic selection of the relay point closest to your delivery address)
Standard Colissimo delivery: €6.80 (colissimo in 3-4 working days)
Express delivery Chronopost: €12.50 (at your home within 24 hours for all orders placed before 11 a.m. excluding weekends)
Free Colissimo and Point Relais delivery from 90€ of purchases in mainland France .
Delivery by courier (Paris intra-muros only): €15 - free from €100 purchase - Delivery from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to the address of your choice.

When will you ship my order?
Once your order is placed, we prepare it the next day and then send it. If you wish, you can track your package using your tracking number by clicking here .
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. This may vary depending on your geographic location.

How is my order prepared?
All our orders are carefully prepared in our workshop but unfortunately some of our little touches end up in the trash (box and pouch). This is why we limit their use. A jewel is therefore not equivalent to a pouch, same thing for boxes.
If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at care@waekura.com or leave a comment when ordering :)
Please note that gift bags and boxes are only valid for the purchase of jewelry (leather goods and gift cards are not eligible) and cannot exceed the number of jewelry ordered except when boxes are purchased.
I want to track my package
Go to the package tracking page with your tracking number or email address.
I can't track my order, what should I do?
We are sincerely sorry! It sometimes takes a few days to give you access to the colissimo tracking number. However, if a week after your order you still cannot track your package, contact us at care@waekura.com.
How do I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please send us a message as soon as possible to care@waekura.com with your new address and order number.
My order tracking says "delivered" but I still haven't received anything
If you have not received your package but the tracking indicates the status "delivered", we invite you to first fill out the certificate of non-receipt . You can then send it back to us at care@waekura.com.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
My package was returned to sender, what should I do?
Don't worry! As soon as we receive your package, we will reship it immediately.
Are the jewelry under warranty?
All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year. The warranty takes into account plating defects and other possible anomalies.
Please note: loss and/or theft of jewelry is not included in the warranty, nor is wear and tear related to wearing the jewelry.
To activate the warranty, we invite you to fill out our return form here .
The return costs to assert a guarantee are our responsibility for any order placed in Metropolitan France.
Make a return - Purchase on the e-shop
You have every right to change your mind.
To do this, you have 14 days following the date of receipt of your package.
To receive your return label, go to the returns center.
When filling out the form, we offer you the choice:
- A credit for the amount of your return - Free return label
- Refund - Return label at €3.90.
From the receipt of your label, you have 14 days to return your package to us. Beyond that, we reserve the right not to accept it. Thank you for your understanding.
The refund or credit is effective as soon as the return is processed in the workshop by our teams within a maximum period of 15 days.
(We do not do exchanges. If you wish to change your jewelry, simply return it to us and place a new order)
NB: Regarding jewelry to be engraved, no returns are possible. We thank you for your understanding.
Make a return - Purchase at Le Bon Marché
For any return of a purchase made at Bon Marché, we invite you to go to Bon Marché with your receipt.
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to receive a refund.
The return procedure via the e-shop is not applicable.
Purchase in a pop-up store
Our store is no longer open but the guarantees still work.
If you made your purchase in one of our pop-up stores, no exchange or refund is possible.
We offer you a credit for the amount of the value of the returned part(s) to use on the e-shop. The credit will be available in the form of a code to be applied on the online store.
To do this, go tothe returns center to complete the return request.
Loyalty & Sponsorship
Loyalty
The Waekura loyalty program rewards your purchases and actions! Every euro spent allows you to get 1 point, and certain actions or special events can give you up to 100 points. Enough to treat yourself!

How to benefit from it?
All you need to do is create a customer account, and place all your orders with the same account. Your points will be accumulated and you will be able to exchange them for credits as soon as you have reached the first level of 100 points! It is then up to you to choose whether you want to access the following levels, or exchange your points directly.
Any order placed before the account is created will not be counted in the loyalty program.
How do I know my number of points?
All you need to do is log in to your customer account and go to the Loyalty & Sponsorship page. Here you will be shown your number of points!
Can points expire?
Points can indeed expire after 1 year of inactivity. Credits are valid for 1 year!
What happens if I return items from my order?
If you choose the voucher return option, you will keep your points accumulated during the order.
If the refund option is chosen, the points accumulated for the returned items will be automatically cancelled.
Can I use my points at Le Bon Marché?
Points and credits can only be used online.

The principle is simple, we would like to thank you and allow you to introduce the Waekura brand to your friends.
To do this, you will be able to share a €10 voucher with your friends for their first order using a link!
The sponsorship will not be valid if the person you are sponsoring has not placed an order for a minimum amount of €25 .
Also, be careful, the code is only valid for one month , whether it is for the sponsor or for the new customer, so don't hesitate to place an order!
Once the order is placed, you will receive €10 in your account.

Regarding personalized pieces, no returns are possible, these are unique to us. We thank you for your understanding.
Is my return supported?
France returns are free when the Repurchase Voucher option is selected. Otherwise, returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Any return from international is the responsibility of the customer.

How do I get reimbursed?
When you make your return request on our site, you have the choice between a refund or the creation of a credit note. Simply select the refund as an option.
If the purchase was made with a gift card, we will automatically re-credit the gift card. Our gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Our credits are valid for one year and can only be used once on our online store. If the total amount is not used in one go, the difference will be lost.
Please note that the credit does not apply to delivery costs.
Refinish your jewelry
It is entirely possible to have your jewelry re-gilded!
To do this, send us an email to care@waekura.com
Add one or more photos of the jewelry in question as well as the name of the model or a description (type of jewelry, how long you've had it, etc.).
We will get back to you with the prices according to the model concerned.
