What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all over the world. The delivery time varies from 48 hours to 1 week depends on the distance of countries.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery by registered mail : 3,5€.
Delivery in a relay point : 5,50€ (automatic selection of the nearest relay point to your delivery address)
Standard Colissimo delivery : 6,8€ (colissimo in 3-4 working days)
Chronopost express delivery : 12,50€ (at home in 24 hours for any order placed before 11am except weekends)
Free Colissimo and Point Relais delivery from 90€ of purchase in France.
Delivery by courier (Paris only): 15€ - offered from 100€ of purchase - Delivery from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm at the address of your choice.

When will you send my order?
Once your order is placed, we prepare it the next day and send it out. If you wish, you can track your package using your tracking number by clicking on the following link Here.
It takes 3 to 5 working days before you receive your order. This may fluctuate depending on your geographic location.

How is my order prepared?
All our orders are carefully prepared in our workshop but unfortunately some of our little touches end up in the trash (box and bag). This is why we limit their use. A jewel is not equivalent to a pouch, same thing for the boxes.

Please note that gift bags and boxes are only valid for the purchase of jewelry (leather goods and gift cards are not eligible) and cannot exceed the number of jewelry items ordered, except when boxes are purchased.

I can't track my order, what should I do?
We are very sorry about this! It may take a few days to give you access to the colissimo tracking number. However, if one week after your order you are still unable to track your parcel, please contact us at [email protected].
How do I change my delivery address?
To change your delivery address, please send us a message to [email protected] with your new address and order number.
The tracking of my order shows "delivered" but I still haven't received it.
If you have not received your package but the tracking system indicates the status "delivered", we invite you to first fill in the following form the certificate of non-receipt. You can then return it to us at [email protected].
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
My package was returned to the sender, what should I do?
Don't worry! As soon as we receive your package, we will reship it immediately.
Is the jewelry under warranty?
All our jewels are guaranteed 1 year. The guarantee takes into account plating defects and other possible anomalies.
Attention: the loss and/or theft of the jewels are not included in the guarantee nor the wear and tear linked to the wearing of the jewel.

The expenses of return to make claim a guarantee are with our load for any order placed towards Metropolitan France.
Make a return - Purchase on the e-shop
You have every right to change your mind.
For this, you have a period of 14 days following the date of receipt of your package.
To receive your return label, go to the returns center.
When you fill in the form, we offer you a choice of :
- A credit note for the amount of your return - Free return label
- Refund - Return label for 3,90€.
After receiving your label, you have 14 days to return your package to us. Beyond that, we reserve the right not to accept it. Thank you for your understanding.
The refund or the credit note are effective as soon as the return is processed by our teams within a maximum of 15 days.
(We do not do exchanges. If you want to change your jewel, you just have to return it and place a new order)
NB: Concerning the jewels to be engraved, no return is possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Making a return - Buying at the Bon Marché
For any return of a purchase made at Le Bon Marché, we invite you to go to Le Bon Marché with your receipt.
You have 30 days following the date of your purchase to receive a refund.
The return procedure via the e-shop is not applicable.
Purchase in pop-up store
Our store is no longer open but the guarantees still work.
If you made your purchase in one of our pop-up shops no exchange or refund is possible.
We offer you a credit note for the value of the returned item(s) to be used on the e-shop. The credit note will be available in the form of a code to be applied on the e-shop.
To do this, go to the centre of returns in order to complete the return request.

The Waekura loyalty program rewards your purchases and actions! Every euro you spend earns you 1 point, and certain actions or special events can earn you up to 100 points. What a treat!

How can you make the most of it?
All you have to do is create a customer account, and place all your orders with the same account. Your points will be accumulated and can be exchanged for credits as soon as you reach the first 100-point level! It's then up to you to decide whether you want to move on to the next levels, or redeem your points directly.
Any order placed before the creation of the account will not be counted in the loyalty program.
How do I know how many points I have?
Simply log in to your customer account, and access the Loyalty & Referral page. Here you'll see how many points you have!
Can points expire?
Points can expire after 1 year of inactivity. Credit notes, on the other hand, are valid for 1 year!
What happens if I return items from my order?
If you choose the voucher return option, you'll keep the points you've earned on your order.
If the refund option is selected, points accumulated for returned items will be automatically cancelled.
Can I use my points at Le Bon Marché?
Points and credits can only be used online.

About engraving jewellery
As far as personalized pieces are concerned, no returns are possible, as they are unique in our eyes. We thank you for your understanding.
Is my return taken care of?
Returns in France are free of charge when the Re-purchase Voucher option is selected. Otherwise, returns are at the customer's expense.
Any return from abroad is at the customer's expense.

How do I get the refunds ?
When you make your return request on our site, you can choose between a refund or the creation of a credit note. Simply select the refund option.
If the purchase was made with a gift card, we will automatically credit the card again. Our gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Our credit notes are valid for one year and can only be used once in our online store. If the total amount is not used at once, the difference will be lost.
Please note that the credit does not apply to delivery charges.
Gilding your jewels
It's perfectly possible to have your jewelry regilded!
To do so, send us an e-mail to [email protected]
Add one or more photos of the jewel in question, along with the model's name or a description (type of jewel, how long you've had it...).
We will get back to you with the price list for the model concerned.
