Operation

- The gift card is delivered free of charge (pdf by e-mail) or can be ordered as a paper version (for a fee).
- Cannot be exchanged or refunded. Code can be used in one go, no credit note can be generated if the totality of the indicated endowment is not used.
- The voucher will be sent to the email address indicated during the validation of your order.
- The PDF contains a unique code corresponding to the amount of your gift card.
- The code is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Materials
Our jewelry is made of 3 micron gold plated on a brass base. They are water resistant, weather resistant and will not blacken. They are hypoallergenic and 1 year warranty. To make your jewelry last, consult our interview guide.
We work with certified workshops using recycled and recyclable materials.

All your orders are processed by our team in our Parisian workshop and are shipped within 24 hours.

Conditions of return
For your return to be valid, the returned jewellery must be in new condition and complete with its original packaging (box & pouch) and warranty card. Without this, we will not be able to process your return.
We ask you to contribute to the cost of return, the amount will be deducted at the time of the refund of your order.
Personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns. Thank you for your understanding.
For the pleasure of the eyes (and the planet)
By default, we put the jewelry in cotton bags. It is important to us to limit our impact on the environment, so it is obvious for us to use minimalist packaging.
